.. Holiday Haul | Part 1 - Clothing ..

Hello everyone!! Wow, I think this is the longest I’ve ever left my blog for and I feel pretty guilty not posting every day, but work has literally gotten the better of me. I decided that I didn’t want to wear myself out by working until 11pm and coming home blogging – it wouldn’t have been good on my body, but I’ve now started to schedule my posts and starting getting back into the blogging game so today I wanted to show you my recent holiday purchases. Today will be about the clothing side and the beauty side will be up very shortly.

I’m in the middle of having a HUGE spring clean in my house and that means throwing out the old and bringing in the new however, after going through my wardrobe I managed to find some items that would be perfect for my holiday so, rather than rushing into my local town centre to grab ALL new items, I decided to just get the essentials and get the things that I actually needed. I love Primark and find their clothing is perfect for holiday and it’s totally affordable. I managed to spend about just below £30.00 ( I also purchased a few things for the gym)  in there and came out with the following;

White Patent Buckle Sandals (£4.00)
Aztec Print Flip Flops (£1.00)
Purple T Shirt (£4.00)
Grey T Shirt (£4.00)
Pink Sundress (£6.00)
Pink Pineapple T Shirt (£4.00)
Beach Towel (£4.00)

All of these items are what I needed for my holiday and will certainly make use of them whilst I’m out there. The purple & grey t-shirts are not just for holiday though - they’re to wear for work as well and they are so COMFY! The sundress is something that I wanted to get to lounge around the pool with and walk down through Benidorm plus I love the colour of it. I’ve wanted to get a pair of buckle sandals and most stores are selling them at around £12.99 so, I was really chuffed when I managed to find them in Primark for only £4.00! – These I hope will last not only on holiday but, also for when we start getting some sun in the UK. I also ordered a few things from New Look as well and I’m really excited to try on the Kelly Brook swimwear range, but it’s not ready to collect in my local store until Wednesday so, as soon as I have it I’ll let you guys know!

There you have it! A short and sweet post of what I’ve recently purchased for my holiday – there are a few more things that I do need to get, but I have until next month to get them. Bring on the holiday countdown!

Are you going on holiday this year? Do you prefer to buy all new clothing or like me use what you already have and buy what you need? Let me know in a comment below or tweet me @KMacBlogs – I love to receive comments from you all.
