Summer Swap with ChicAndAlluring

Me and the lovely Tammy at ChicAndAlluring did our first UK/USA swap a few months ago. It all went incredibly well and was so much fun that we decided to do another one. This time we focused on the season Summer (although some of my products weren't based around the theme) I received my parcel today and wanted to share with you all straight away the goodies that Tammy sent me.

Here is what I received;

No 19 Chanel Perfume Sample - English Laundry Perfume Sample - Dot by Marc Jacobs Perfume Sample

Forever 21 Neon Electric Bolt Earrings - Urban Decay Primer Samples

Essie Nail Polish in 1039 - The Lace Is On

Japanese Matcha Green Tea - Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Tea - Nestle Mexican Style Hot Chocolate

Japanese Gummy Treats - Crush Grape Twizzlers - Trident Jelly Bean Gum

CoverGirl Eyeshadows in 125 - Dance Party

Sephora Waterproof Eyeliner in Black

CoverGirl Natureluxe Mascara in Black

L'Oreal Colour Riche Lip Balm

Wet 'n' Wild Eyeshadow Palette in 738 - Comfort Zone

Island Soap Hawaiian Coconut & Palm Oil Soap in Pineapple Passion Fruit

Bath & Body Works Candles - American Boardwalk & Aloha Waikiki

Yankee Candle - Ocean Star and Sage & Citrus

Bath & Body Works Maui Collection - Body Wash, Body Lotion & Body Mist

Everything was perfectly wrapped in orange and white striped wrapping paper and as always a little note inside :) The parcel was decorated inside with lots of different drawings of summer memories such as camping and S'Mores.

I have never tried anything from B&BW so, when I saw the bag I shreaked with joy! I see all these youtube videos about B&BW hauls and wish that we had one in the UK. I loved the Maui scent, it's totally me and I will make sure that I savour every last bit of each product. Now that I have been bitten by the B&BW bug, I really want to try out some other scents.

I asked Tammy if she could include some Yankee Candles too, I did ask for the Ocean Star scent which is not one we can get here in the UK, but never expected 2 of them and the Sage & Citrus scent. Both smell incredible and I can't wait to start lighting them throughout my home. Speaking of candles - Hello B&BW again!! Seriously they need to bring this over to the UK because the American Boardwalk candle smells good enough to eat!! I just love how both Yankee Candle and B&BW have made candles that give off a scent which brings back so many memories and the American Boardwalk scent just instantly reminds me of when I visited Orlando, Florida with my family.

All of the make up that I received is so me - The colours are ones that I would choose in my local Boots & Superdrug and I must say they're incredibly pigmented (swatches will be added soon) I've never tried any CoverGirl products neither have I tried Wet 'n' Wild, so I can't wait to start using these when I get the chance.

I knew that Tammy mentioned she was sending me the Matcha Green Tea, but wasn't expecting hot choclate and peppermint tea (this girl knows me too well & we've only been speaking for 4 months!) Along with the Grape flavoured sweets (my favourite sweet flavour) and the Japanese gummy treats. These remind me of the Midget Gems that we have in the UK, but a lot more softer.

There was a little purple bag inside the box filled with different perfume samples, some electric bolt earrings (perfect for the rock chick in me) and also an Essie nail polish. The colour is just incredible, a perfect grape colour which would look wonderful on the toes.

All in all, it's safe to say that we both spoil each other when sending these boxes and because we have so much fun doing them, we will be contuining throughout the next two seasons Autumn/Fall & Winter.

I really have enjoyed talking to Tammy every day and finding out about each others lives. Bring on the next swap.
