.. September Empties ..

Last month, I tried my hardest to start using up all the products that I had. I’m the type of person that will usually stock up on shower gels, bubble baths etc but, then realise that I have too many and need to use them – any excuse for a bath eh!

Below are my September Empties and believe me there are a LOT of bath products haha.

Body Shop Morninga Shower Gel

I actually took this on holiday with me to Benidorm in May, but couldn’t use it all because I start to get prickly heat whilst out there. I love travel sized products even on a day to day basis, because it just allows you to trial out something before indulging in the bigger size. For me this scent is amazing – even though it’s that fresh floral scent, perfect for spring – I carried on using it throughout the summer and autumn months. It’s something I will certainly re purchase.

Imperial Leather – Moisturising Coconut & Tiare Flower

You’ll see quite a few Imperial Leather products in this post, but that’s because this bran never fails – the smooth, creamy and rich shower cream left my skin feeling clean and fresh as well as, leaving it with a slight hint of coconut. I adore anything that has coconut in but, find that it can be pretty overpowering when used a lot so, the Tiare Flower (nope, I’ve never heard of it either) just adds that extra exoticness too it.

Simple Refreshing Shower Gel

I love ALL Simple products especially their bath/shower range. This product lathered up really well, and didn’t dry my skin out. It’s always good to have a product that doesn’t hold any nasties or frangrace in your bathroom – believe me your skin will thank you.

Sainsburys – Dirty Works Bath Soak

This tiny little bottle of bubbly goodness was part of a set which I won from work. The set included a bath soak, body scrub, and shower gel and body lotion. Do you want to know what the best part of this product is? It smells identical to the Soap & Glory range, but for half the price.  If you like Soap & Glory, and can’t really afford £8.50 for a bath soak (I know it’s not THAT expensive, but you’ve got to save the pennies somehow) then try Dirty Works!

Skin Food – Rice Face Wash

This was sent to me in my recent box swap with Tammy. You can click HERE to see the rest of the box. This face wash was full of tiny pieces of rice which left my face feeling soft and refreshed. I suffer terribly with sensitive skin on my face, and found that this product didn’t irritate me whatsoever. Big Thumbs Up!

Cussons Mum & Me 'Sleep Tight'  Bubble Bath

Ok, I don’t have a baby but, I absolutely adore ALL baby products whether it’s shampoo, body lotion or even bubble bath. This product soothed my skin, and filled my bath with gorgeous lavender bubbles. Baby products don’t break the bank either, so you can treat yourself to other goodies too! J

Soap & Glory Body Scrub

I actually did a review about this product a while ago, and have finally gotten round to finishing it off. To see the full review then click HERE

Macadamia Oil Extract Conditioner

This is yet another product which I’ve reviewed already, and have managed to use it up. I’m a sucker for hair conditioners that will give my dry hair some life, and believe me this £1 treat did the job. Click HERE for my review.

Imperial Leather Signature Collection – Bath Soaks

Yes, I told you that you’d end up seeing more Imperial Leather products and my, oh my, did these make my bath time 100x more relaxing. This new collection has bath soaks, shower gels and hand soaps in a whole range of delightful fragrances, and the names along with the design make them even more appealing to the eye. The 3 fragrances that I used were;

Field of Dreams
I did a review for the Field of Dreams bubble soak which can be found HERE

Paradise Island

A glass of wine + a hot bath + Paradise Island = BLISS. This was such a joy to use, as it was full of Vanilla + Peach scents that made my bath time feeling like a spa. If you love to be pampered, but can’t be going to spas every weekend then indulge in this beauty. Be warned – you probably won’t want to get out of the bath with this.

Sea of Tranquillity

This was a perfect winding down/de-stressing bath soak. The fragrance was fresh, and really enjoyable. It left me and my skin feeling calm, smooth and relaxed. This was the bubble bath that I used up the quickest.

Cafe De Bain – Raspberry & Rose Creme Tarte Bath Creme

Oh.. My ... Lord – Waitrose, you have simply outdone yourselves in the beauty range. Earlier on in the year, I reviewed Waitrose’s PURE skin range (Click HERE) and really enjoyed their products, especially as they were under £2! When I visited my local Waitrose last month, I decided to venture down the beauty isle again and came across this bath time treat. There were 2 other fragrances in this range – Coconut Macaroon & Vanilla Sponge (don’t quote me on the names) this one caught my eye straight away because of the pink colour, and I was so excited to use it. It was one of those products that I used as a weekly treat instead of an everyday bath time product. I literally can’t wait to try the others now.

So there you go – those are my empties from last month, as you can tell I love my bath products. Now that I’ve ran out, I’ll need to find some new favourites. Let me know if you know of any great bath time treats. Have you tried any of the above? Let me know  what you though by popping a comment below.
