When I received my Autumn Swap from Tammy over at ChicAndAlluring there was a little treat that said 'Happy Birthday', now when I received the package it was about a few weeks before my birthday and I resisted the temptation to open it. I didn't know what it was, as I hadn't asked for anything in particular in this swap so, you can imagine my face when I finally got to open it.
Everyone, I give you my first ever Too Faced Palette and I'm seriously in love with it! Not only is it a cute little compact palete with everything you need, but the case on the back is for an iPhone! Although I'm yet to get my iPhone (I shall be upgrading my Blackberry very soon) it literally is such an adorable and thoughtful present.
There is a mixture of matte and shimmer eyeshadows which all work together, but look amazing on their own too. You then have a a netural brown and pink, I'm not 100% what these are for, but I use them on my lids or as an eyeshadow to help get rid of any harsh lines when I'm doing full eye make up.
You then have this incredibly smooth bronzer that is perfect if you fancy having some warmth on your face - I tend to use this as a contour colour. It's enough to give you defenition but, not overboard that you have to really blend it in. Last, but not least - the blush! This beautiful rose pink is incredible, although my favourite blush is the Bourjous Lilas D'Or 33, I use this before I use that to give me a little pop of colour.
I must say, all the colours are pigmented with intense colour, and this palette is perfect to take when travelling or on the go! This easily blendable palette of fun gets a big thumbs up from me. Thank you Tammy for getting me this cute present. Now, where can I buy myself some more Too Faced goodies?
Have you ever tried any Too Faced products? Do you have a favourite product? Let me know by popping a comment below.
I've been looking for a really versatile palette to take away with me and this looks perfect, I can even swap out some of my face products which is a bonus (and basically I just really want the phone case.)

It's such a cute little palette isn't it. All the colours are something I'd use and you're right they're pretty versatile.
DeleteThanks for the comment Sam xo
Awww, yay! I think the neutral brown and pink shades are eyeshadows, but since they're meant to be used all over your lids, there are more of them. Lol.

I think after I used the lighter of the matte colours I realised they were actually eyeshadows haha. I love using them as a base :)
DeleteThis palette looks amazing! I will defiantly be putting this on my christmas list. Thank you for the mini review and swatches :)
