..Sweet Dreams..

With technology becoming a huge part of our everyday lives, it’s no wonder that the majority of us fail to fall asleep and with the ever growing social networking, it can become rather difficult to put down your IPhone or IPad. I struggle with sleep and in my teenage years would stay up until 3am, watching telly because I simply could not get myself comfortable enough to fall into a deep sleep. I’ve tried many things such as herbal sleeping tablets, reading a book to bore myself and even listening to music, but all of those have failed and I’m still unable to get the full 8 hours that I need, until now that is.
If you have been following my blog you’ll know that I adore The Body Shop and find all of their products incredible and will always purchase something there every month. Whilst I was grabbing a few bits around Christmas I decided to give the ‘DeepSleep Dreamy Pillow & Body Mist’ a try to see if this would help me out.

For £10.00 you get 100ml of camomile, jujube and essential oil goodness and it’s perfect to use on skin and bed linen – I even use it on my bath as a substitute for bubble bath or oil and it works wonders instantly filling the bathroom with the gorgeous fragrance. Camomile is known for its calming effects and this product has certainly done the trick in making me fall into a much deeper sleep, which has of course made me feel more refreshed in the mornings instead of a zombie. It’s not an overpowering scent like the lavender sleep mist’s which you can get and even the boyfriend uses it. Just a few spritzes on your skin, pillow, duvet and sheet and you’re all set up for a heavenly and peaceful night....bliss!

If you’re having problems sleeping and can never find anything that will help you then I would certainly recommend this product – It pretty much does what it says on the bottle and with the beautiful fragrance it’s hard not to fall into a deep sleep because it’s just so soothing. I cannot praise this product enough and as soon as I’ve finished with this bottle, I’ll be purchasing another straight away.

Have you had problems sleeping? Do you have any hints and tips for a peaceful night & have you tried this product before? Let me know either by commenting below or by tweeting me at @KMacBlogs
